We perform maintenance to all types of transformers: distribution, oilfield, special and power. Our technical support provides advice to the customers on when it is convenient to carry out the maintenance to minimize and avoid future unforeseen power off At the same time we recommend that oil analysis should be performed periodically, determining the state in which the insulation of active parts is, in order to achieve a longer life of the transformer. In power transformers we have the availability of on-site maintenance.

The transformers are partially or integrally repaired according to tests results , before the work is carried out.

The procedure to repair a transformer is as follows:

• Perform routine tests according to standards to determine condition and thus know which are the faulty parts.
• A testing of an oil sample to know if the oil can be treated or need to be replaced.
• Work is carried out on the transformer depending on the diagnosis.
• Once the repair process is completed, a final test is performed to confirm that the transformer is operating correctly.
